We ship fast, pack carefully, and hand off to trusted carriers daily. Below is exactly how shipping works at FlowBlend—clear expectations, no surprises.
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped same day or next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping speeds shown at checkout are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Rates

Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on your selected carrier and service.

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or promotions and will be clearly shown at checkout.
Carrier Transit Times & Delays
Once your package is handed off to USPS or UPS, delivery timing is controlled entirely by the carrier.

We do not guarantee transit times.

Delays due to holidays, weather, peak shipping seasons, or carrier network issues are outside our control.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for carrier delays when the correct shipping method was fulfilled.
If a carrier delay occurs, we’re happy to help you track the shipment or provide documentation—but delivery performance is the responsibility of the carrier.
Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if:

Tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after shipment (domestic orders).
If this happens:

Contact us at info@flowblend.com with your order number.

We’ll open an investigation with the carrier.

Resolution (replacement or store credit, if applicable) is issued after the carrier confirms the package as lost.
We cannot replace or refund orders still in active transit.
Marked as Delivered / Theft
If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.

Please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office.

We recommend shipping to a secure location.

FlowBlend is not responsible for stolen packages once marked delivered.
(Optional shipping protection may be added in the future.)
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to reship.

FlowBlend is not responsible for delays or losses caused by address errors.
